Cemetery

History

The first cemetery was located on a small lot of land southeast of town on County Line Road from 1855-1873. The land had been donated by August Bolinksi to Bishop John Henni.

Rev. N. Guenterscheid had charge of the parish from 1872-1874. During his pastorate, on May 27, 1873, ten acres of land were bought from C. D. Allen for cemetery purposes for the sum of $125. The deed is made out to Joseph Melchers, Bishop of Green Bay and His Successors in Office.

An additional ten acres was purchased in 1984 from Ted & Lucy Ebert.

An Unborn Baby and Infant Memorial has been established to provide a serene place to memorialize your child, grieve and pray
